Killingly, CT - Earlier this week the second brood of baby Bluebirds were just about ready to fledge and the parents had to work overtime to satisfy their hungry offspring. Images were captured of the little fledglings eagerly peering out of the box awaiting the next delicious meal. Only two days later the whole family was nowhere to be found, so it seems that the ambitious couple has, once again, completed their parenting responsibilities.
Other images captured nearby include, Common Yellowthroat, Scarlet Tanager, American Goldfinch, House Finch and a juvenile Red-bellied Woodpecker.
